Washi Wha???

There's a little something that is making a huge impact as a new trend these days around the ol' wedding watering holes.  It's something called washi tape, and it's basically really cool masking tape made from decorative papers.  You can find it in a gazillion different colors and patterns, and it sticks to just about anything.  It can make an ordinary vase, notebook, envelope and add a lot of kapow with a little tape.  You can buy it lots of different places including all the local craft stores, but you can also find some really cool patterns online via Etsy and some other great crafty places!  Here are some examples of how I've seen it used:

Okay this has nothing to do with weddings, but I just love this and wish I had an amazingly colorful keyboard such as this!
