Only a few weeks away... No, not Christmas. Not New Years. Not Presidents' Day... It's the Bridal Expo 2012 and the start of the new wedding season! We love turning a page on our calendars to a new year for so many reasons, but one of the biggest is because we have a slew of wedding shows that pop up in January that allow our newly engaged couples to start in on the fun of narrowing down their selections and tailoring their choices for their big day! One of the first big shows of the season is the Davenport Jaycees Bridal Expo 2012 which will be held on Saturday, January 28th from 9am-4pm at the River Center in Davenport. This show is arguably the biggest bridal show in the Quad Cities Area, so book the date with your entourage now so that you can make it to this awesome event!
Things to remember -
- Tickets are available starting in January at all Quad Cities Hy-Vee locations. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door.
- MAKE YOUR FIRST STOP at the QCWeddings.com booth so that you can pick up your FREE labels. We will give you an entire sheet of labels with your contact info so that when you want to leave your information with vendors and/or enter in all the fabulous giveaways and contests, you simply need to put a sticker down. I cannot tell you how tiring it is to shuffle your bags around while you write your name, address, phone, email, and wedding date over and over again. We will keep printing labels until we run out of sheets. We try to come stocked so that everyone can receive labels.
- Register in advance with Jami so that we can pre-print your labels. This saves you even MORE time as you would simply need to stop by our booth, tell us your name, et voila! Labels pour vouz! Simply register here, and then forward your registration confirmation to info@qcweddings.com with the following information: Name(s), Address, City, State ZIP, email address, phone number, wedding date.
- You will probably receive bags at some vendor booths, but you may want to bring your own large bag to stuff all your SWAG in! You will receive countless brouchures, business cards, samples (yum), and give aways!
