Calming Yoga for Brides and Grooms

Let's face it.  Planning a wedding can be stressful, and everyone needs a release.  If you find yourself more tense than relaxed, then let's consider looking at a few ways to destress.  One popular way to get a good workout in and let the worries melt away is incorporating a yoga routine into your daily regime.  The good news is that there are many fantastic yoga clubs and groups, and there are many resources you can access without even leaving your home!
